Light to medium weight

— Cotton sateen: breathable, elegant, spring-friendly, pleats maintain subtle definition

— Cotton or cotton-polyester serge: holds form, low maintenance, ideal for smart-casual wear

— Gabardine with 2–5% elastane: firm, slightly body-hugging, pleats remain intact, comfortable fit

— Tweed with slight stretch: textured, medium weight, modern classic feel with controlled pleat volume

Elegant / Formal

— Stretch satin or crepe: soft drape, subtle sheen, pleats visible without stiffness, great for evening

— Jacquard with fine metallic thread: sophisticated texture, pleats add visual interest, special occasions
